First-Class Account Service:
To introduce our service standards to each customer, every account is set up and initiated by a senior manager. We ensure that from day one, your account service is tailored exactly to your individual need and that we spend the necessary time to understand the details of your product specifications, ordering, invoicing, delivery requirements, quality standards and long-term shipping and packaging goals. Before your account is turned over to a permanent account manager, we ensure that all aspects of our service is working smoothly and correctly.
Digital Inventory Control:
We are dedicated to the use of advanced technology – digital, cloud-based inventory tracking software and order processing backed by redundant offline systems to provide real-time information about your inventory. We incorporate a variety of methods from cycle counting to barcode scanning solutions.
We have a network of transportation partners that we use to create a cost-efficient distribution model for you. Located in Memphis, “America’s Distribution Center” and the world hub of FedEx. We have access to all four modes of transportation within 15 miles of our Memphis facility.

Most of the other OTB Container-affiliated production facilities are within 40 miles of a major market in the Southeastern US.
On-going Quality Control:
With access to industry-leading quality control and product testing facilities, OTB Container offers rigorous, ongoing testing of all products we sell. We provide customers with up-to-date results from these tests at least annually and they are available at any time on request.
